European food

In 2023, we traveled to Europe, marking my first visit to the continent. Here are some photos capturing, "What did we eat in Europe?"

Thanks to veganism, plant-based options were readily available almost everywhere. We made an effort to savor local and seasonal dishes such as lángos in Budapest, goulash, koblihy, Trdelník in Prague, schnitzel, strudel with pumpkin sauce in Vienna, as well as classic items like pizza, pasta, panini, gelato, and Tiramisu in Italy.

During our stay, we were graciously hosted by our beloved hosts Carola and Rohit Dada. They welcomed us with love and care, treating us to a delightful array of Indian dishes like idli chutney, samosas, parathas, palak paneer, tofu tikka, and many more.

Our exploration extended to the Oktoberfest in Munich, providing us with an opportunity to immerse ourselves in their culture. Special mention goes to the poke bowl, a Hawaiian fast food dish. Although new to us, I found it appealing with its combination of rice, sauces, protein, and various toppings. 🧡
